Risk - Reward Time
We've reached an excellent price to add shares. Opportunities come around every so often and this is an opportunity that should provide a nice reward.

I agree but I like to wait after the elections and see , also tax loss season this dog my bark at me at 7$ , if oil get at 60$ I think it's a gimme .... but china may start to load cheap oil soon .....
