Feel free to discuss Justin Castreau

Justin Castreau and his gang of enemies of the internal combustion engine are the biggest problem we have in respect to the future of our natural resources in this country. Feel free to voice your opinions about him here and what he's doing to destroy big oil. I would say its all on-topic about energy and whatever ails it, is it not??

Ya I agree 100% , as I said before political discussion is important for oil and gas in Canada , trudope and his gambits minions goal is to shut down oil and gas by trying to boost batteries investment and they will soon realized company like voltec May go bankrupt taking with them billions in taxpayer money , putting stress on people to buy an ev after 2035 will just boost inflations , Canada ...more

Yeah, oil and gas....that's what's important....Alberta oil prodution is up 60% since 2015. He wants to "shut down oil and gas"??? And he's been working on it for 9 years??? Heck if he keeps at it oil production will double from 2015 levels in another coule of years!!! LOL

Castreau painted himself into a corner when he brought in the tanker ban on the north coast and canned the Northern Gateway pipeline and enabled protestors to block and delay for years the Trans Mtn pipe. Kinder Morgan told him to take a hike and Trudy was forced to buy the project. 35B dollars later it was finally completed, when it shouldn't have cost us taxpayers a nickel. Typical Castreau. ...more

Logger inventing stuff again...The Tanker Exclusion Zone has been in force for FORTY YEARS!!! In 1985 the US and Canada agreed to keep tankers carrying more than 12,500T of oil 50 km away from the BC coast between the Alaska Panhandle and Juan de Fuca Strait. The present government made a 40 year bi-lateral agreement (for very valid reasons) a Canadian Law. TMX is the ONLY oil pipeline that ...more

Castreau put the dagger through the heart for oil tankers on our coast. Period. Large ships will be packing LNG but oil is a no no, all in line with their war on the internal combustion engine. Absolute stupidity. Thankfully Poilievre will be here soon.

I AGREE! He "will be here soon"... but if he reverses the 40 year old TEZ and bill C-48 he will be the next Joe Clark! He knows that and he's not stupid.

Thanks to Alberta who represent 87% of Canadians oil production and they been fighting castreau in court  and Supreme Court Over the years, we have witnessed the federal government attempt to erode the rights and authorities of the provinces as an equal order of government under the constitution. Look at bill c-39, bill c-69 , your rainbow prince try to cheat to stop Alberta , as west ...more

Nope, Trudeau is gone come next election...he will have served a little longer than Harper and will leave with the same approval/disapproval rating Harper had when he was shown the door. https://www.ipolitics.ca/news/the-ekos-poll-harpers-approval-numbers-hitting-near-historical-lows

In the last quarter of 2014, Harper averaged an approval rating of 39 per cent, his best showing since the first quarter of 2013. And he has shown consistent growth since falling to a low of 32 per cent in the last quarter of 2013, and as sept 2024 Trudeau is at 33% approval but it doesn't improved in fact longer he stay lower it get .... soon maybe under 30% as polievre at 67%

Nobody through rocks at Harper or holding flag in front of the parliament saying "Fu.... Harper " he was still respected and didn't divise the country , we still remember Harper but won't remember trudope lol

I don't think that I will forget either of them; and I think I will remember them both kindly. One I will remember for managing the country well and living in a nation you could be proud of. The other I will remember that the best part of him was his hair and socks (that's all I could think of, I tried). LOL

Doesn't matter who is in the PM position . Eventually people tire of anyone . Just a matter of how much damage they are able to do during their tenure . The boy with the last name has caused a severe decline in CDN productivity . He tries to destroy fossil fuels on one hand and the other holds his nose as he takes the " dirty money " A couple of things I'd like to see is changes ...more

Never forget Justin Castreau jetting all over the world apologizing to everyone that would listen how bad Canada is for our record on genocide, and colonization, and Guilbeault in China of all places, lecturing how bad we are in Canada for things like our oil industry and the oil sands. Go figure that one eh?? China no less.
