Yesterday , VRO was raised from sector perform to outperform by National Bank Financial.Two days of very high volume but little price movement. Looks to be building a base around 6.00We may get some lift in the next couple of weeks as NG rises, based on  cold temp forecasts and after some large natual gas draws are reported.
