..probably left some $$$ on the table, however gas is just too weak ......  with only a 5% deposit ,or 10M penalty....worried about them walking away .....    (probably unlikely) - but shares look topped out anyways ...   

hopefully can jump back in for the same price when the deal completes ,but I doubt it ..well see   , happy to take the rebound from 1.70 and stress relief

ps: anyone else think gas is heading to 2.50 ,and that this deal might be at risk?  If this deal works out then VERO got out in the NICK OF TIME!!!!

There is not too many like you which have been able to take advantage of the low 1,70$. If it is you avg price then fine you can go and enjoy but don't try to bash for the bagholders because many are in the 4$ avg... A small rebound of nat gas price and you will see smart money coming back here quickly to grab the 0,30$ in the transaction that you don't want but that we all

hah, no way I would buy in the 4's ......my avg price was about 2.30 ish .....I was intending on holding for another several months or longer  -but the sharp decrease in gas over the past 2 weeks has me worried a little bit. When this deal was announced gas was slightly north of 3.00 ( I believe) . From what I hear and from the charts I see a possibility of natgas heading to 2.50 or
