Sounds like Vero management wanted out. Not what I had ultimately hoped for from my VRO investment, but will wait and see what happens. Dont think we are getting the better deal in this TORC merger.

missed it NOT private .....NEW symbol TOG.T...a lot to digest...break fee 6.5 m ...72 hour match!!!! Both management / board approvals. mid to late Nov closing. All the big finance boys involved. Looking Good.....doubt if any other bids will come in...but always a chance. TB
