Everyone should know that p/e numbers sometimes get distorted with one time item. Also, you souhld not invest where the present is, but rather where the future is going to be. VRX is going to make $16+US per share in 2016... thus the real p/e number you should be

Wrong. It's not "going to make" $16 US next year. The most recent analyst projections estimate $16 next year, but that was BEFORE this whole SNAFU. Big difference between analyst expectations and what the company is going to do. I liken VRX's situation to Lumber Liquidators where that stock was under attack for shady business practices with respect to importing unhealthy

Look, I am not going to debate all night here... the sky is not falling! VRX also announced that this whole Philidor thing is not even 8% of VRX bottom line, so you can streght the estimate all you want. For now they are at $16US for 2016, take worst case out and take out Philidor completely and you are still over $14+US. Nof said.
