I dunno, I am neither long nor short, but this Philidor thing stinks really bad.  They paid $100M to purchase an option to buy it for $0.  Talk about absurd terms, furthermore they didn't even disclose the deal (arguing it was not material....ya right).  Then they failed to come up with an explanation for the relationship, but rather appointed a committee to investigate.
