What did Valeant do wrong ?
I did not get this so far in all hue and cry. Neither did Bill Ackman get it so far, like said it is all bark and no or nothing to bite.
Starting Monday I will start buying at increments of 50 and then add at every $3 drop....and double up if SP goes in 70's.
2-3 weeks we should see $130 +
All prices in USD

Monday may turn out to be your last day posting on this site! If Left is indeed "right" (couldn't resist that one), in three weeks both you and Ackerman maybe selling apples on a street corner in NYC! Kherson

me thinks your right, the model valeant used to make money is high risk and i'm happy citron exposed it , one thing jason donneville said is now all stocks will be looked at in the same light as valeant , i'm happy to see that cause it's about time shareholders finally see how the stock markets really work .

i guess the question is, should greedy idiots be protected from themselves? if some nitwit wants to double his money or get yield north of 10%, then they get no sympathy from me. it's a fine line between protecting greedy idiots and letting the market operate freely.

Valeant became one of the hottest healthcare stocks in recent years by buying other firms' medicines and then swiftly hiking their prices by as much as 500%. raising prices 500% , thats is greed .. period .

norwrong, no point to get into arguement over a juicy episode of Valeant misfortune. The whole event is not without its own merits in telling CEOs and hedge fund managers to operate and do their business in trustworthy standards. In my view there will be hedge fund redemption run which will lead to further collapse in prices to a number of stocks and not just VRX alone next week !!

Indeed hedge funds redemption run a reality this week. The next thing will be an Exodus. Good luck to my fellow Canadians. We can't win them all !!
