Let's say you work for them and they just got their pink slips from Valeant.

It's no secret that Valeant is in the sights of a few legal eagles looking to earn their stripes - what's to stop you from going to them and alleging that Philidor was being squeezed by Valeant to make these fraudulent claims?

Valeant needed a scape goat and I bet they're going to keep playing this violin till the next big issue takes away the spotlight, and probably gave the execs at Philidor a 'severance' to not talk.

Valeant tells doctors, it's all good - they'll cover costs and ensure continued service.

As long as they don't lie.  If we left it to the shorts, it's clear you want this hundred billion dollar company to crumble to zero, brainfreewest keeps repeating it over and over again...  If you oould, you'd pull up a truck loaded with bombs to the Valeant HQ to level it flat, right? And you think that doing financially is OK,  Much cleaner than physically, isn't

Perhaps the collective forces and opinion of the market is wiser than you think. Thats why the stock "trades as if they were convicted". They have bigger problems than just hiring top guns to help prove their innocence..that all they have done is legal and justified. The bigger problem is a general opinion that their Business model is neither sustainable or moral. They will be forced by
