Over Valued - with lots of hidden problems

Yes, the gamblers can make a case for it's potential, however the fact is this company has a tremendous amount of debt to service - earnings losses and are under SEC Investigation - I think that yes this is built into the price but so too is a lot of over optimism - good investment isn't based on wishful thinking.    There are a lot of pitfalls here - you really need to see resolution to current issues and a good Q or more before throwing good money at this disaster.

That's a lot like saying if you hessitate to test the bath tub temperature before getting in, you may miss out on a pleasant bath - perhaps, but then again you could just get badly burned. I don't see the necessity to put money at risk when there is an incomplete picture - unless you are gambling and not investing - in which case technical analysis ... is irrelevant to the decision to buy ...more
