How do you determinevaluation???

If you listen to BNN /CNBC no analyst is willing to give a value to VRX, because they don't have audited financial statements; so they don't know where the whole company or the many parts that makeup VRX are going.

---Pearson had to go because he is not an organic growth guy. He doesn't know how to do it.
---Ackman is not the total answer. He is the talent scout. He is a M&A guy who buys a company, fires present mgmt., then installs/attracts the right mgmt to turn the company around.

---VRX this morning is trying to put the blame on the former CFO etc. (asked him to leave, but he refused)  when Pearson ran the whole show & subordinates & so-called independent directors (now there's a laugh) were just yes men.
---back in October when Pearson left for health reasons the former CFO was the first person he called to hold down the fort & bring confidence to shareholders during this time & now he has been fingered for creating the financial mis-statements. How times have changed.
---It is all up to the debt holders. IMO they don't have much more to lose by giving VRX a little more rope to hang themselves, but believe they control VRX's fate.
---IMO I think they take VRX private so there will less scrutiny, but don't expect to get anything from it. Debt swamps common shareholders.

Whatever valuation they ultimately decide upon, it is definitely higher than the current sp!!
