Where is 10-k?

So it was promised over and over that it will fill by friday with confirmation from Ackman. However isn't it suppose to file by end of closing today??? The company atleast give an update on when the 10k will be file to give investor a sense of comfort?? There is no update at all and just given word that it will file by Friday?? What happen if they dont keep their words or they file Friday after closing??

What do you think the market will react?? I really expect Valeant need to take into serious matter to issuing this information as precise and accuate as possible.

It might very well be filed Friday after the close. Maybe they want people to have the weekend to review the full 90 pages. I think the company has been very clear that it would be filled ON or before the 29th of April. They have been saying this for months and have confirmed it on many occasions since first announcing the date.

If not filed by Friday afternoon, I am selling. Just Google "best time to release bad earning". The article states that the Friday after bell is a common practice for bad result, it gives people a weekend to absorb. I really hope they release 10k in the moring, or at least training day to show they can beat the expectation.

I agree, if it's good news they will want the day for the stock to pop, and have everyone go into the weekend feeling good about vrx. If it's bad they will certainly release after the bell.

atleast they should give us a head up so we can prepare for the release. Company usually provide update to investor that they will release earning by x date before openning or w/e time.. Valeant did nothing other than word of mouth.. this is not the best way to treat investor.

This is not an earnings release, it's just a 10K filling for 2015. I wouldn't expect them to make a big deal of it unless there is something different in it then the earnings they already put out. I'm not exactly sure what you are expecting. I'm just looking for audited confirmation of what was already released.

The problem is that they should atleast provide an official update on their website about the release 100% on friday. If they doing it on friday after close then tomorrow will be a bloody day. and monday if the stock does go up we already wasted the gain for the day.. I was hoping to leave by $50 asap because there aint much new after and i cant predict if this company can go down even further...

Extension is one thing, expectation is another. The market expects the 10-K today, as Ackman announced. It's a test of credibility and confidence.

They will issue a press release after they file 10-K. Just like any SEC filling this is no different.

I think they are busy to revise the report now. Since Ackman agreed to reduce the drug price they probably need to revise the 2016 guidance. Two days may be not enough. They need to decide which drugs and how much the prices should be reduced and how it will affect the duidance.
