I have been saying this for some time. People rejected my point by calling it conspiracy theory. Finally Warren Buffet and Munger came up and expressed what they felt . What they said is this was fixed from beginning. I said this before and I stand vindicated. Valeant was a rollup created to make sure some of the wall st guys could get money for their cheap companies making Valeant buy those at heavy price. Some Mckinsey and some wall st guys made sure they built up excitement around the company so public money sponsors this. Retail investors and those rich guys investing via hedge funds were tapped in for this. When they made their money they decided its time to destroy and burn what they created and leave. What we are seeing the guys leaving one by one. Soon some day Ackman will leave as well Leaving a bunch of bagholders. We will see this will slowly drift towards bankruptcy ... first they will say we have loses and loses will make them not pay their debt and sell assets cheap back to wall st to put in play again and this will go down to 0. Beware of wall street rollups ..they always and always go bankrupt

All you are saying is speculation and theories but do you have ANY evidence at all to back up your claims? Please let me know if you do as I'd like to read it...If you do not then please don't knock the company  1 Mr.Ackman has lost over 1 Billion dollars on paper in Pershing Square..Now why on earth would he keep buying more shares and why on earth would he not try to recoup that

I had bought puts ... Made a good amount ... Looks like carnage continues ... Buffets comment will force money managers not to buy this if they want to retain clients .. For longs only hope is valeant gets bought out ...

I wrote about this some 1 year back .. this was a scam created controlled by a bunch of mckinsey guys led by Mr Ackman himself ... well done Mr Ackman.. your looting was excellently executed ... anyone who wants to recover his money get hold of him ...if you want to blame anyone blame this guy
