Market cap is approaching 7 billion $

That's less then what they would make in 8 months...just ridiculous.. Purchases in the last 3 years salix purchase = $ 14.5 billion $ Bausch n Lomb = $ 8.7 billion $ Amoun = $800 million Medicis = 2.6 billion $ Sprout = $1.00 billion $ Brodaluab = $445 million $ others over = $ over 2 billion $ That's just over 30 billion $ in deals in the past few years.. Now all these companies are worth less then 7 billion $ ????? yeah they have 30 billon in debt but so what Most pharma have big debts as well. They trade at 12 X earnings. This one is trading at almost 2.5 X earnings..just doesn't make sense ..something has to give ..Takeover is imminent. I would take the Takada Offer for over 50 $ us a share and run with it ..That's almost a 2.5 X return.

Right on fund! I would grab the Takada offer in a flash! I spoke to IR yesterday..He told me that there are about 3 new drugs coming online in the next 4 to 6 weeks..all approved with the FDA and ready to go...With Walgreens they are in constant communication with them and are ironing out the last few problems...They are negotiating an agreement with independent pharmacies to sell their products ...more
