asset sales

---since they paid way more for their acquisitions than they are worth today how do you get out of debt. Debt outweighs assets. You can't get away from that fact.
---the assets are not going to gain in value more than their debt before the debt comes due.
---it doesn't matter how much they get for a particular asset it is not going to be worth more than what they paid for it & they can't raise prices to compensate for the difference.
---as has been said if they can't sell what they bought years ago for twice their original value VRX will go to ZERO.

Asset sales will reduce the overall debt to a level where the debt can be more serviceable by cash generation; the debt will be brought to a level where, I wouldn't surprised, debt repayment terms get renegotiated.
