We need the official announcement selling asset, then sp can bounce back over $30.00 level.... Hopefully, the company will announce soon....

Here are some potential up coming sales: INova, Paragon, Salix . People are just stuck on Salix. They can easily hold Salix for another year and just sell off Paragon and INova. They have a lot of options and i am sure the board will properly advise on what to sell and for how much.

maybe Takeda was waiting for these charges before buying Lasix, it wants to make sure there is no lean on Lasix in case VRX is charged. Now that VRX itself hasn't been charged it may pull the trigger
