This is a much better solution. They are raking in tons of money from Salix and Relistor is taking off.  They mentioned this in the earnings. Paul Henderdeen didn't want to sell this Salix, he even mentioned that they don't need to sell in order to keep paying of debt and and operating. Why sell Salix so quickly anyways as they have time. Might as well build up the brand to be even
