Negotiations

Are not over, there is still another party thats interested in Salix. Will Takeda let it slip through the cracks? maybe not, they could be taking a break as well in case the Yen starts recovering a bit and then they can go for another shot. There is still other assets that will be sold not just Salix. Scooping up these shares will definitely bring a nice return in the very near term.

If management does not divest quickly the company will drag on like black berry.

They will Divest just not maybe something that makes them so much damn money. They have lots of other things to divest.

shreholders must have felt that they should've took the $10 billion. Now that the shares are tanking everyday.  what are they going to do.  People are so sick of this company there aren't any bashers left.

Your right people are tired however Bill Ackman voted against since  he is the biggest share holder. He also holds the most skin in the game. I think something better and bigger is developing but could take a few days to a month.
