institional selling are done now. only retailers left to sell. the trading  volume is going to dwindle toward christmas and sp is stablized at this level and start to rise in Jan. SP will be $30 in couple of months.

What does it matter whether it's US or CDN? It's just someone's prediction.  Either way it would be up a lot from today's prices.  I'm long so I hope it indeed does go up.
