Bloomberg affiliate reports Private Equity firm ........

I was just checking my VRX holdings , in my RBC account.  There was a brief news bulletin, via Bloomberg, indicating that there is interest, by an unnamed Private Equity firm, in VRX's European and Eastern European assets.  Bulletin issued about 3 hours ago, now.  I have been unable to find a more detailed news report on the Bloomberg news site or thestreet.com.  Perhaps there will be a more detailed news release, tomorrow thru VRX or BNN.  Shares of VRX were up on the news on the US markets.
