With how quiet things are and no earnings report date released plus no guidance release, i feel as if Valeant is working on an offer for the whole company.

I admire you very much, always think positively. You "feel" that Bill is doing something, "feel" that there may be an offer, "feel" that Takeda is preparing for another bid. Hope is good, anyway.

Am i upset i'm down a large chunk on my money, absolutely! I invested into the new management and so far they have done everything exactly as they promised. Everyone was pissed off end of last year that Valeant is doomed because they will have to sell assets for free and that Valeant will go bankrupt etc. And they made a really really nice sale on non-core assets and again all the negativity ...more

if i buy with the market i would of been buying at 52 week highs and still lost the same amount i lost with valeant for the time being. It's easier to make money in the long term vs short term.

I think everybody in this forum is down a large chunk, not just you. I know there are bashers but those seem to be the ones who suffer the most. They just don't speak it out. I bought at about 25 USD on average (few trials). The only thing I couldn't imagine was that they slashed the latest earning heavily. This is the question to me till to date. Why Joe let thing like that happen? I ...more

Earnings isn't the only thing that valuates a company. The earnings might drop a little but it still doesnt erase the fact that they are brining in 2 billion in FCF and have about 45 billion in assets and you can't discount that. Earnings will get better as they are building up the sales departments for all their product lines.

I'm guessing you have been there before. You think you are some ruthless money maker that can go around slendering stocks and play with peoples emotions. One day you will eat your humble pie and get yours. I had my humble pie before and i learned a lot. Sounds to me you haven't felt true pain yet yourself. Good night.

I don't trade with emotions. If i loose all my money i will make it back. I have dont this a few times. So i don't scare easily. Valeant is a solid company with solid management and a solid portfolio. If the portfolio wasn't solid they wouldn't be selling non-core assets for a premium. Will see if you cover in the next coming months.
