WHY??its all about the REVENUE model...JC will be strictly a TOLLING arrangement, leaving all-comers to negotiate their own gas deals. yes, a lot of Asian LNG prices are a function of world oil prices and have thus dropped, BUT north American nat gas prices have fallen even harder keeping the differential just as sweet as before. besides, this is also about SECURITY OF SUPPLY - Asian buyers have previously signed up to 40 year rolling contracts. All LNG plants are evaluated on the basis of tolling agreements, so your argument is a joke. As for your claim that North American natural gas prices have dropped more than oil, that is simply false. If the price of oil recovers to the $80 range, Jordan Cove may get the green light. Otherwise, it is questionable.

There is a slight problem with that claim, as it simply isn't true. No one has signed a binding contract for the delivery of LNG. VSN said they would have them all signed by the end of 2014, didn't happen. Then they hoped to have one done by mid 2015, never happened. Now they say sometime next year. So you see Mr. dotcom, your big mouth just makes you look like a moron.

Geez - there is already one gulf Coast LNG facility ALMOST finished that if I read it right will be shipping gas to KOREA under a VERY LONG GUARANTEED 25+++ year deal for 1 billion ft per day.
