---along with the statement that the sale allows VSN to fully fund projects & no equity raise needed & yet no SP reaction! Disappointing.

just give it a little time, I think we will see a positive swing for Veresen.

Looks like Capital Power got the best of the deal. The stock poped today. I own both....
