Not Much Time Left!
Can't imagine VSN being a publically traded company for much longer. After the power business sale closes for $1.2 Billion, VSN entriprize value drops to about 4.5 billion. ENB's enterprise value is 140 billion, KEY is 9 billion (they could use the strategic relationship with ENB) are two potential bidders for VSN. VSN now a simple but very attractive pipeline (Alliance) and midstream company that is very well position for growth and profitability (finally thank the lord!). Lots of attractive other assets/options like Aux Sable, Ruby, LNG. The market continues to consolidate, the midsize either take some risks and grow by making a large acquisition or see the likes of ENB swallow everthing up like a black hole (except those they want to crush). So likely see a deal soon......BUY!

if it does happen then i hope that it isn't a straight buyout... i wouldn't mind owning a piece of a company that acquired this nugget

Take a victory lap, indoubtgetout. I think this is the 3rd time I've seen you be right. Consider turning professional, if you aren't already. Well, PPL is the buyer but ENB and KEY may make an offer.

You will get a chance to vote for or against the deal and if shareholders approve it then you will get a choice of options.

When/how soon (approximately) will they send/mail a package to vote? Thanks
