How to Tender Shares?

Has anyone received information on how to tender your shares?  I've spoken with the agent for the prior to the AGM.  They referred me to my broker.  I've spoken to my broker twice and they do not have any information.  Thanks.

I don't expect there will be any info for tendering your shares untill they announce a firm closing date. So far its petty vague.
