A higher PXLW share price will make this deal look better, maybe that's what VXS management is expecting in the coming weeks/months before this deal is voted on.

Still a great call by DD, up 54% in one day.  What are the chances of a competing bid or higher ratio in the share exchange?  You are right if they say the patents are worth $50 million plus ...more

I have owned both MSL and VXS. Lost on both. Sold MSL at time of announcement but sold VXS last week. Both were very promising companies with great stories and path to growth. Both sold for pennies on ...more
