I was amused by konnert defending his recent insider selling along with funk. I suppose that's what he has to do, I mean what was he gonna say.....I sold because I think the share price is going to continue to bleed lower for the foreseeable future. I think the SP will do just that unless the drills starts producing better widths. On the flip side they have added 2 more drills within another one coming in 2 or 3 weeks for a total of 8 drills. Nice to see them getting aggressive.  Another positive is putting the kibosh on the fraud rumours on the previous CFO,we all know what dubious management can do to a junior company regardless of the potential  I will give them the benefit of doubt on their reason for selling. But I do question that they needed the money to pay bills though I am skepttical. Will keep an eye out for more insider selling. In my mind that will be my queue to bail out.

I haven't heard his response on why the  large insider selling but I agree with you that the ceo needs to pick his words carefully.  Can't fault anyone for taking sone profit. I think Konnert still holds 2-3 million shares. Funk sold off a lot, most of his I believe. Any chance they sold planning to reinvest in the Vizla copper spinout, and possible capital raise there? It's quite possible that the some of the proceeds from the insider selling could go into the copper spinoff but I doubt it. I don't have any problem with konnerts disposition but I do have a problem with Funks disposition. He sold almost 2 mil $ of shares....not showing much confidence in panuco(IMO). Who knows maybe he wanted to buy a house in cash or he's spending too much time with

Correct, insider selling in and of itself isn't a big deal. Timing and the proportion of ones position sold is what raises concerns. Glta

Definitely a tough predicament. He has used 20% insider ownership as one of vzlas key positive features when trying to make a compelling argument for investment into vz. How do you spin your key exploration guy dumping 80% of his position into a series of news releases? You can't.

Your post is a demo of how many immature people play the market. Insiders are allowed to sell except in blackout periods.Ie when they know the results and the sh holders and sh holders to be do not.
