I stand to be corrected, but I'm pretty sure that shareholders will vote on the "Arrangement" at a special meeting of the shareholders, which is to held around the middle of June.

The thing is at this point thry do not have a precise date as things are in the hands of the lawyers, w permissions required from the exchange people etc etc And at what price will the shares be at and all these types of issues Today VZLA TOOK IT ON THE CHIN. But Ag, and Au didnt do much by the eo day, And the ironic thing is 505 g per T Ag equiv is 450 plus $ per ton rock so ...more
