My suspicion is WCP do not want to get in a pi$$ing contest with CPG or any other stock; the October NR will surprise us all; free cash flow will be stellar and there may be a dividend increase.

  I think aside from Oil rising meaningfully, such as 76 dollars or a super crazy number like 80 dollars BOE I think it will be a dividend that gives us a strong move.  Still feel that we are going to come back to the range prior to summer with in the next few weeks but I feel strongly that either there is a dividend increase telegraphed or strongly implied for early next year or they
