WCP- buying CARDINAL - Big dog -Buy WCP

I feel we are buying Cardinal energy.  20 barrels a day. 5 percent ownership of the Carbon sequestering unit.

They have a float of 150 M shares.  They buy them for 6 bucks a share plus take on the debt.

Just what I think is a possibility.    I also have to say if your a big dog like suncor let's say.     You can add 120 k BOE and be green.
At 10 dollars a share plus debt 7.3 B.    They issue shares or cash.  Whatever.

If they use shares there is zero debt and WCP pays the purchase Price back in 6 years.

We are becoming a take out at this price.  Something to consider.

We have Weynurn. I actually thought we had 65 percent of this Carbon unit and CJ had 5.   However ours is Weyburn.   I will look into it.  Just want to mention I know I ...more
