The DOJ in the US is launching an inquiry into the crime syndicates, Hedge Funds and Short Funds to see how they operate, whether they take positions before they publish their " short reports' on various companies and whether they violate any Securities Laws. It was  about time to rein in on the Crime Syndicates whose main goal is to destroy companies and make a buck. At the same time it sends a strong message to the apprentice magicians, shorts and day traders who badmouth companies after they have taken up a position in their stocks.
