Good time for buy-backs
The co buy-backs in days like this; provide support to the stock and the wiggle room they have available is 29M shares, expect a rebound. Will the release of oil from the reserves save Biden's a$$ in November? Highly unlikely. Besides, this depletion of the reserves will have to be restored, probably at a higher price at the taxpayers' expense. No wonder why politicians have an image problem.
