Timeline to "Debt Free Status"

Imagine a sector that is so awash in cash that it could become debt free in less than a year, and then pay a dividend yield 21x higher than the S&P500. Would you call that a "generational opportunity"???

I'm thinking most investors want to see this happen first before dipping their toes in.  When youve been burned so many times it's hard not to be very prudent.  If the price of oil stays above $ 90 for several years , all these stocks will be multiple baggers from their current share price.  If the price of oil collapses (again)  this sector will be uninvestable for the ...more
