No strong conviction

A couple of observations: 1) Whitecap has generally underperformed other energy companies over the last year and is in the lower quartile 2)  Large production misses in the order of 50%+ in recent drilling programs give me no confidence in the ability to execute in new plays let alone existing areas of strength 3)  Why did Whitecap not purchase NuVista back in 2020 for $200 million, a company with sloppy management and great assets that has increased in value 10x  4)  Investors were expecting return of cash flow and instead they got a very large land deal
