time for generalist investors?

with the distribution ( dividend) path laid out, and a pending levelling of the debt where else can you get a solid income and a capital appreciation ( analyst price targets).

but are they still seeking ESG BS funds?  With the SPDR down to about 25% of what is required in this ecoonomy ( gone from 750(2008 level) down to approx 250 now.  Hey, and even if they are re filling at these levels - the  feds made a fortune on this purge of underground caverns.

will be interesting to see what 2023 brings whitecap longs.
