Cap and Trade

The system announced yestrday is akin to the government picking winners and losers. The biggest losers ,by far, will be oil sands companies. Calagry Herald has a good writeup about what the new system is and how its will work.

I'm guessing WCP will be one of the few winners in this latest hurdle . Net zero and maybe even sell credits to oil sands companies ?  I love Guillbeault's latest BS that this is not a cap on production . Just a passive aggressive liar . It's like taking half of somebodies income away and saying they are still free to buy whatever they want . I cannot wait until these idiots are ...more
