What about a Birchcliff/Whitecap Merger
Any thoughts about Whitecap and Birchcliff joining forces. Now that we have a foothold in the Montney and a little more gassy it may be a good fit. Birchcliff shareholders would still keep there dividend. Could explain Whitecaps recent weakness and today's move in Birchcliff. Wouldn't mind that move as I hold both

Unfortunately Whitecap has been a dog as well trading at 52 week lows. Something needs to happen to set a spark under us.

Synchronicity. I had this thought yesterday that BIR is up for grabs. NG is going to be hot property 2025 onwards. It is better to stay away from PEY, BIR during 2024. .

Citizen13 it's not all about heating when it comes to NG. Warm climate countries are using it for power generation for electricity to provide cooling, industrial uses, cooking etc.
