I also looked at that before I purchased WCP as I was considering CPG at the time as well.  Was a no brainer once you start looking closer at both businesses.

Alas,  yet performance of SP says it all.  Almost all companies are at or near or recently blown past 52week highs.   Even heavey in GAS companies.  WCP not even close.  I see a lot of people here lucky to buy in 2020,21  that promote this company.   Good for you I guess.

I do not feel that I "promote" this company.  I have felt the pain of the vacillating share price over the past two years but the dividend has helped ease the pain.  The fundamentals are so strong for WCP I keep waiting for it to break out.  As the press release said the other day, they have thousands of potential high impact wells.  In time, hopefully the best will ...more
