Great video clip. Thanks for posting. This is why I love WCP. The dividend is great and will grow. Looking forward, WCP is a FCF machine. This is a no brainer investment and, unlike some others on this board who are concerned about the daily girations of the stock, I am in for the long term expecting ever increasing dividends.
