Headwinds for oil and oil stocks

" it's difficult to understand why oil stocks collapsed 8-14% in the last few weeks"  Eric 's rinse and repeat statement. How many times in the last few years has he had to go on BNN and try to calm the market . It's exhausting .

When Eric says buy you should be selling ..and vice verses ....he ,s not wrong ...just a trader ..so if you are a long term holder ...don,t watch but this oil market is completely manipulated ....

He is, this time, correct.  The drop simply doesn't make sense given the stability of oil prices.  Perhaps some people were spooked with the various prognostications of the need for much less oil by 2030 and baled thinking the share prices are unsustainable.  However, I see going forward FCF ever improving and returns ever improving through dividends, special dividends and the ...more

I hear ya. But every time we approach $ 11 I tell myself to bail because it'll drop like a rock again.  And every time I'm right but I never sell.  It is so frustrating that something so essential to our economy and the fact that that the companies are oozing profits but the stock price goes nowhere .
