A nice mention by Scotia
"Which companies are likely to grow the most? The companies with the highest production growth rates include: IPCO, SCR, VRN, WCP, MEG, and CVE with CAGRs greater than 4% (Exhibit 1). Companies with the highest FCFPS CAGRs over the next 5 years, reflecting a combination of efficient production growth and operational improvements include: CVE, MEG, IPCO, and SU (Exhibit 2)"

It's easy to hold WCP as a long term hold. Daily/weekly gyrations become irrlevant. Very good dividend with a very bright future ahead. Dividend protected down to, as I recall, $50/barrel, perhaps even lower. Slow and steady wins the race.
