That 5.5m is based on 3D model assumption, an educated guess.  Hole 6796W6: 92.1 g/t Au over 50.7 m core length (23.3 g/t Au capped, 5.5 m true width) A1 Zone This is obviously a pretty awesome drill hit. The drill managed to travel through 50.7 m of rock averaging 92.1 g/t gold. Seems more likely that the estimated true width is on the very conservative side I think.

I agree this is awesome finding. High grade core usually has short length. Checking other drilling reports, the core length mostly coming in less than 10 meters. This one is 50 meters. The following is quoted from another company's drilling results: Selected high-grade intercepts include: 272 g/t Au over 2.3 metres in xxxx , 26.3 g/t Au over 15.8 metres in XXX; 95.8 g/t Au over 3.1 ...more

Everything is lining up, high grade deposits expanding, strong balance sheet and management, best jurisdictions, cash flow will rise when ounces do. Can't see this company not taken out and the CEO has been through this before with St Andrew Goldfields when Kirkland took them out. Buy more!

WDO drilled parallel into the structure… That's why the true with is dramatically less than the length of mineralization. They need different drill pads so that they can hit it at a perpendicular angle and figure out the real true width. No question the grades are good but do you need to figure out what is the real true with at this point they're just drilling into the deposit and staying ...more

No. The true length is estimated at 5.5m.  " Hole 6796W6: 92.1 g/t Au over 50.7 m core length (23.3 g/t Au capped, 5.5 m true width) A1 Zone" To explain, WDO is drilling from 116 level, well above the target, and is coming at an angle nearly parallel to the target's plunge.  So they get 50 meters of core from an ore layer estimated be 5.5m in width.  It's ...more

To me, evidence indicates that great potential may lay beneath. The headline suggests that things may have folded down there, suggesting maybe trap for gold mineralization etc I do believe! Development of exploration drifts continue.   Wesdome Expands Folded Kiena Deep A Zones Down Plunge and Confirms Mineralization in a Second Limb at Depth

See May 19, 2021 press release headline shown below. Incredible drill intercepts in the footwall, promptly followed 7 days later with a resounding restart decision for Kiena! Fast forward to the latest stellar drill results, in my opinion, this mine, and Eagle River each have decent potential to be further transformative assets to the company, literally a "jewelry box or two"!
