it will be interesting to see if wdo will participate in this recent placement in gshr to maintain their % in this co.may be a part of this diluting 100 millions offering at year low for wdo will go for the moss lake project.i can t see why they need now 100 millions .

As I understand it, the ATM is to be used for additional flexibility should they need a bridge from the short-term as they ramp up kiena.  The don't want to have to rely on there 150m revolver, and stress the balance sheet with excessive debt.. Should they need the ATM, it will be used strategically and not expected to use the full 100m. Well IMO,  if they are going to use it
