Market Sentiment - WDO

What is the Market Sentiment telling us? Anyone have any thoughts on what is going on?

I don't believe the company is in play... no good news to make someone move to take them out. The unstable ground may be the issue here. In the 43-101 makes reference to unstable ground even at the Crown pillar at Kiena... this was long before they ever found Kiena Deep A Zone. Is the unstable hanging wall/foot wall areas scaring the market away? Is it the lack of ability to report production? Is it leaking information... negative on operations or exploration?

I have a significant investment here and I'm feeling more uneasy as time goes by.

The silence on WDO is deafening.

you could always email the companys investor relations. i did that as well and got no answer. i dont know what to say. im waiting to get back in, but not doing so when  not knowing anything at the operations. i suspect they are licking their wounds. if more people would email them, maybe they will wake up but then again thats not guaranteed either.  just my 2 bits

I have asked Lindsay Dunlop in the past. All I got was that production numbers would be the next reported item. No clarifictions on operations or exploration.

WDO monitors the crown pillar, and installed hydrostatic doors on the cavity sometime over the last three years.   The Kiena re-start is proving more difficult, mainly due to, as you say, challenging ground conditions in Deep A.  AEM's LaRonde, something under 10 km to the WNW, also has challenging ground conditions. So my OPINION is that the challenges are not unusual.   ...more

Pulpcutter: thank you for your thoughtful response. It sounds like you have some knowledge and experience with respect to the Val-d'Or area. Appreciate your sharing your knowledge. prior to the at the market program and the additional $150 million worth of credit line… I felt very comfortable with the investment. Getting less comfortable in the lack of news releases and the operating ...more

LOL - I don't know much.  I'm from Boston, and closest I've come to geomechanics is teaching 3D elasticity out of Pat Selvadurai's geomechanics book (he's at McGill).   When looking up Mercier, when he was hired, I did notice he did a masters in geomechanics (which IMO is fking hard), and wrote at least one scientific paper on the state-of-the-art seismic ...more

SnowDB: I know you've been on this forum forever, so I assume you're way ahead on WDO.  My best guess is WDO will pull it's way out of this muddy section, and in retrospect it will be recognized as a great time to get in cheaply. Am I 100% sure. No fking way.
