Thank you! for the link. WRT WM-J's assertion that Duncan was talking about retiring, I'd note that within the last 12-18 months, Duncan had talked about growing WDO to a $5 billion market cap company. So I remain in the "the board effed up" camp.

I listened to this again. Lots of nuggets in there. If you haven't had a listen I recommend you do. I'm not familiar with Morley-Jepson but he sounded reasonable to me. Anyone have any experience with his track record, reputation, etc?
