The deal was incredible at the time. Hard times hit the industry and the deal was renegotiated. People can make a guaranteed double and double their canopy shares just by selling their Canopy holdings and purchasing acreage. Once again you are a noodle. Did you see Acreage's stock price today........people are starting to understand the play now...........not you though.

When cannabis stocks took off, insiders raped their own companies with stock options and crazy spending. Canopy, Aphria, Aurora, all of them, and that's why the CEO's had to go. After they all got rich and the party was over, the companies were ripe for shorting and short they did. New management in most of those companies are now digging themselves out of the debt.
