Non-market catalyst

Sometimes in investing, it's fundamentals but right now the market is psychological. Most traders live in New York. New York is going to legalize Cannabis this coming month. 1-3 of New York traders senses are about to be bombarded with cannabis (smell for sure, taste and sight likely). When it comes out of the shadows, they won't be able to ignore it anymore. GL all longs
