Great find! Good thing canopy is buying before the US MSOs get their tax cut. Buy them with worthless dollars, before shareholders own an additional 35% of their MSO (70% tax means 30% shareholder profitshare. 35% tax means 65% shareholder profitshare.)

Good article.  On one hand the feds say no it's illegal and on the other they tax it with no chance for write offs.  I wonder if the MSO's could sue the government for being overtaxed like those researchers sued the DEA in 2019 for not allowing cannabis to be studied by multiple researchers.
