Why is WEED a good pot stock to buy when it is trading at the same price 12 months ago to this day?

Why is Weed a good pot stock to buy when the stock is on an 8 month downtrend, a falling knife to a price of 12 months ago?

Only those who bought in on the way up, and sold on the way up have made money..

i know absolutely nothing about the stock or earnings I bought today because its RSI is mid 20s on daily, high 20s on weekly.. Hasn't been this oversold since Mar 2020... Inverted Hammer at bottom of 7 day sell off.. Im most likely wrong and it will keep plunging... but im 11.5k shares deep now.. Maybe a 10% relief rally in the cards??
