Biden just signed but still need to get passed in Senate I believe... good to see the legalization starting to take shape but the bill is a economy killer for the most part, but not as bad as the next $4-5 T that they really want to get through that is many times worse.

Let's hope that this ~$1.2 T bill with some infrastucture and mainly 'social' spending waste contains enough to get the banking done at a minimum. JMHO...Opt

The update today on Mace's proposed bill has what looks to be a current standing by state and there are only 2 states, Idaho and Nebraska, with no legal status for cannabis... there has to be plenty of support for something to move forward at the Fed level, with the level of autonomy each state has there is little to nothing that would stand in the way of the Fed passing something on the

For the 1.2t bill to get to bidens desk it has to pass the senate first. Biden then signs it and it becomes law. As far as safe banking there is nothing in this bill, that is attached to the NDAA. DYODD
